• the Conference dates, timing, format (physical, virtual, or hybrid), or venue; and

4. Registration, Payments & Third-Party Platforms

Registration, payment processing, virtual event hosting, and other technical services may be facilitated through third-party platforms or service providers.

The Organisers:

• make no warranties as to their availability, security, performance, or functionality.

Participants attend and participate in the Conference entirely at their own risk. Participants are responsible for their own safety, health, insurance coverage (including travel and medical insurance), and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
