All transaction fees will be borne by Taylor's University, and the registration fees will not be subject to any transaction fee deductions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Taylor's University does not allow any cancellation. Participants who have registered are allowed to transfer the registration to another person.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full payment must be made before 31 August 2026
- The registration fee includes an 8% service tax
- All bank charges or foreign currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the payer
- Any withdrawal from the conference must be submitted in writing to the program organizer
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawals; however, participant replacements are allowed with prior written notice
- In the event of course cancellation by the institution/event organizer, a full refund will be issued. No administrative fee will be charged

This Statement should be read in conjunction with the Conference Refund Policy and Privacy Notice available on the Website.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, the Organisers make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding:
- the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the content; or
- the suitability of the content for any particular purpose.
The Organisers reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
3. Reservation of Rights – Programme & Conference Changes
The Organisers reserve the absolute right, at their sole discretion, to amend, vary, reschedule, replace, or withdraw any aspect of the Conference at any time, including but not limited to:
- the Conference programme, agenda, speakers, moderators, or panellists;
- the Conference dates, timing, format (physical, virtual, or hybrid), or venue; and
- any associated activities or services.
Such changes may be made without prior notice and shall not give rise to any claim or liability against the Organisers.
4. Registration, Payments & Third-Party Platforms
Registration, payment processing, virtual event hosting, and other technical services may be facilitated through third-party platforms or service providers.
The Organisers:
- do not control such third-party platforms; and
- make no warranties as to their availability, security, performance, or functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, transaction failure, data loss, or technical issues arising from or in connection with the use of any third-party systems or services.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Organisers, including their officers, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or injury (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with:
- attendance at or participation in the Conference;
- reliance on any information, materials, or presentations provided during the Conference;
- travel arrangements, accommodation, visa applications, health matters, or personal belongings; or
- use of or inability to use the Website or related services.
Nothing in this Statement shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Force Majeure
The Organisers shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the Conference due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics;
- government orders, travel restrictions, or public health measures;
- war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or labour disputes; or
- failure of utilities or telecommunications.
In such circumstances, the Organisers' liability (if any) shall be strictly limited to the refund policy applicable to the Conference.
7. Assumption of Risk
Participants attend and participate in the Conference entirely at their own risk. Participants are responsible for their own safety, health, insurance coverage (including travel and medical insurance), and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- your participation in the Conference;
- your use of the Website;
- any breach of this Statement; or
- any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights by you.
9. External Links
This Website may contain links to external websites or resources operated by third parties. The Organisers have no control over such websites and accept no responsibility or liability for their content, availability, or use.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with this Statement or the Conference.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Statement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
