Oral Presentation Guide

• The official language of the conference is English.
• All oral presenters are required to prepare their presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx).
• Each oral presenter will be allocated 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for question-and-answer session.
• Presenters are advised to ensure that their slides are clear, well organised, and easy to read. Please avoid overcrowding slides with excessive text.
• Oral presenters should focus on the key components of their research, including the background, objectives, methodology, key findings, conclusion, and significance of the study.
• Presenters are required to submit their presentation slides to the Conference Secretariat by 31 August 2026. The submission link will be provided via email prior to the deadline.
• Presenters are required to use the laptops provided at the conference to ensure smooth proceedings. If presenters wish to utilize their own laptops for technical reasons, please contact the organizing committee.
• Presenters are encouraged to bring a backup copy of their presentation, either in USB drive / email or PDF file.
• Presenters who require audio, video, or other multimedia support should inform the Conference Secretariat in advance to allow the necessary arrangements to be made. However, such support cannot be guaranteed and is subject to equipment availability and the technical capabilities of the venue.
• The time schedule will be strictly monitored by the session chair. Presenters are expected to keep within the allocated time to ensure the smooth running of the session.
• Presenters are advised to be present in the assigned presentation room at least 15 minutes before the start of their session.
• The presentation schedule and venue will be announced later.
• Oral presentations will be evaluated by the appointed judges and Scientific Committee members based on the scientific quality, originality, clarity and organisation of the presentation, significance of the findings, delivery, time management, and the presenter’s ability to respond to questions. The decision of the judging panel is FINAL.

Poster Presentation Guide

• Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait orientation with the dimensions of 84.1 cm (width) × 118.9 cm (height).
• The official language of the conference is English. Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters. Please note that on-site printing service will NOT be available.
• The poster should include the title, author names and affiliations, background, objectives, methodology, results & discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements and references where applicable. The content should be concise and presented in a logical flow.
• The poster should be visually appealing and easy to read. Text should be kept brief, with sufficient font size to allow reading from a reasonable distance. The poster should not be overcrowded with too much information.
• The poster presentation code will be displayed at the upper corner of the poster board to guide presenters to their assigned board.
• Materials required for setting up your poster will be provided at the poster presentation venue.
• Poster presentations will be evaluated by the appointed judges and Scientific Committee members based on the clarity of the research objectives, scientific quality, originality, visual presentation, significance of the findings, and the presenter’s ability to respond to questions. The decision of the judging panel is FINAL.
• Presenters are required to be present at their posters during the assigned presentation time. Each presenter will be given 3 minutes to provide an overview of their work, followed by a question-and-answer session with judges.
• The poster presentation location will be announced during registration. Posters should be mounted on the first day of the conference and removed at the end of the event. The organisers will not be responsible for any posters left behind.
