It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 5th ASEAN PharmNET Conference 2026, to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 9–11 September 2026.

ASEAN PharmNET was built on a shared vision, to strengthen collaboration among pharmacy educators, researchers, practitioners, and students across Southeast Asia. As our region continues to evolve in healthcare delivery, pharmaceutical sciences, and digital health, the importance of regional cooperation has never been greater. This conference represents more than a scientific meeting; it is a platform for unity, partnership, and collective progress.

Kuala Lumpur, fondly known as KL, is a vibrant city where cultures meet, ideas connect, and innovation thrives. It is a fitting host for this milestone 5th gathering. Malaysia's strong healthcare ecosystem, growing research capacity, and commitment to regional engagement reflect the spirit of ASEAN PharmNET.

The theme of this conference reflects our mission to advance pharmacy practice and education through regional synergy, innovation, and shared responsibility. Over the three days, the scientific programme will feature key discussions on:

On behalf of the Secretariat Office of the ASEAN PharmNET, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 5th International Conference of the Pharmacy Education and Research Network of ASEAN (ASEAN PharmNET Conference 2026). This year, we are truly privileged that Taylor's University, in collaboration with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Universiti Malaya (UM), and Monash University Malaysia, has formed a strong coalition to host this important gathering for the ASEAN PharmNET family.

Since its inception, ASEAN PharmNET has been committed to advancing pharmacy education, research, and practice through regional collaboration. The theme of this year's conference, "ASEAN Pharmacy Networks for the Future: Integrating Education, Practice and Research Across Regions," reflects our shared vision to strengthen ASEAN pharmacy through synergy and collective action.

Participation in this conference offers multidimensional benefits. The carefully curated and comprehensive scientific program fosters meaningful engagement among faculty members, researchers, practitioners, administrators, and students at all levels.
